Taxis are readily available in the area.

Basic grocery deliveries can be provided at extra charge.
Arrival and car parking:
Parking areas are in front of the cottage or by the side, easy access for unloading/loading.
The surface is gravel, could be slightly uneven in places.
Cottage is on road level. There are no hand rails. Outside lights at front, side and back of property.
The furniture is comfortable and practical and is an eclectic mix of new and antique.
The cottage floors are traditional slate with rugs in the sitting room and entrance hall, quarry tiles and slate in the kitchen and dining room, fitted carpet in the downstairs twin room and stairs, original wood floors and rugs on the first floor.
There is adequate space on either side of the beds in all the bedrooms.
There is a reduced height doorway into the en suite bathroom and slightly reduced height in other doorways, as you would expect in a traditional cottage of this type.
All bedrooms have space for a cot.
The TV has a remote/teletext and DVD.
The kitchen has an ample amount of worktops and an old parlour area.
No support rails in either bathroom.
All windows are double glazed. Upstairs windows have been fitted with opening restrictors.
Garden is enclosed by a 4 foot fence.
Hazards: an area of woodland behind the cottages that is accessed off the parking area becomes quite steep.
