Owls Hoot is a beautiful upside-down cottage with a fantastic view of the sea and Aberporth from the communal orchard. It’s a fantastic location for families wishing to explore this beautiful part of Cardigan Bay and enjoy a seaside holiday and is a lovely hideaway for a romantic escape
Imagine being snuggled up together in this away-from-it-all cottage after a day of exploring the coast by foot along the Ceredigion Coast Path. Owls hoot is set amongst a small group of 7 holiday cottages on an old farm, in a terrace of 3 surrounded by 17 acres. The grounds are perfectly safe for children to play in, and they mostly enjoy the treehouse, playroom, and spotting wildlife such as red kites and rabbits.
On a calm day, you can even spot bottlenose dolphins, who are regular visitors to Aberporth. Walk less than half a mile through the fields and down a lane to Aberporth village where you’ll find 2 safe, sandy beaches, cafés, pub, restaurants, and a shop.
Ceredigion Coast Path runs directly through the village with miles of stunning scenery and views of Cardigan Bay to enjoy. To the north visit Tresaith, the National Trust beach at Penbryn, and the village and beaches at Llangrannog.
The beautiful beach and church at Mwnt are close by. New Quay, just a short drive away offers dolphin spotting boat trips and the historic town of Cardigan with supermarkets, independent shops, theatre/cinema, cafés, and restaurants is just 7 miles away.

There is also a table tennis room. Access down a long track to the communal car park with parking for 2 cars.
