With stunning views across Nevern Estuary, Morfan is perfectly located for holiday-makers wanting a touch of luxury with the convenience of being just a few yards from The Parrog Beach in Newport Pembrokeshire. It is also ideal for walkers or bird-watchers, since the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs right past the front door.

Family holidays include all the fun of beach walks on Newport sands, rock-pooling and crabbing, beach barbecues, kayaking, surfing, sailing, swimming, fishing, windsurfing or kitesurfing.

It takes less than 1 1/2 minutes to walk to the front door of Newport Boat Club which is the focal point of much activity on The Parrog. Newport Links Golf Club is about 15 minutes away by car and can be seen across the Nevern Estuary.

This ideally-located property has been fitted out to a high standard with tasteful decoration and a strong focus on energy conservation with thermal insulation, solar panels and LCD lights.
