Special Offers

Relax in the private hot tub and sauna while watching Red Kites and Peregrine Falcons soar above the magnificent scenery at Llwyn Teifi, nestled in the rolling Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales.

Peacefully situated in a rural location, this traditional detached Welsh barn has been lovingly restored and converted into a luxurious, spacious holiday home. Original features including exposed stone walls and impressive oak beams have been carefully preserved, blending rustic charm with modern comfort to create the perfect countryside retreat.

For family days out, the nearby Cors Caron Nature Reserve is a haven for wildlife lovers. Covering around 3,000 acres, the reserve features an extensive network of boardwalks and walking trails where visitors can discover a rich variety of birds, fish, aquatic plants, butterflies, small mammals and even elusive otters. The property also lies close to the Cambrian Mountains Astro Trail, with Coed Y Bont, Pontrhydfendigaid being the nearest Dark Sky Discovery Site, making it an exceptional destination for stargazing.

Just 500 metres away, the welcoming village of Pontrhydfendigaid offers a village shop and traditional pub, while the historic ruins of Strata Florida Abbey, one of Wales’ most significant medieval sites, sit peacefully in the valley nearby. The charming market town of Tregaron is also within easy reach, offering independent shops, cafés and a taste of authentic Welsh culture.

The surrounding Cambrian Mountains provide endless opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring some of Wales’ most spectacular scenery. Often referred to as the “Green Desert of Wales”, this unspoilt landscape is home to quiet valleys, winding rivers and breathtaking viewpoints. The nearby River Teifi is renowned for its salmon and trout fishing and offers peaceful spots for picnics and riverside walks.

For a day at the coast, the picturesque towns of Aberystwyth and Aberaeron are just a short drive away, where you’ll find beautiful beaches, independent boutiques, excellent restaurants and colourful harbours. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventure, wildlife, history or simply a peaceful escape, Llwyn Teifi provides the perfect base to experience the very best of West Wales.
