Llety’r Wennol is an original stone barn situated between Lampeter and Llanddewi Brefi, ideal for walking, cycling and golfing. The barn has been tastefully converted retaining much of its charm and character, yet offering the comfort of under-floor oil fired central heating, large wood burning stove and solar panels. Llety’r Wennol is situated adjacent to the owner’s property, in a quiet location against a woodland setting.
The peaceful village of Llanddewi Brefi is situated at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains. Our local shop and post office is 2 miles along the road. Local interests include the Kite Centre and Tregaron Bog – an exceptional area for bird enthusiasts and nature lovers.
The University town of Lampeter is about 10 minutes’ drive, whilst the coastal towns of Aberaeron and Aberystwyth are 40 minutes away. You can explore the Ceredigion Heritage Coast with its lovely beaches, picturesque fishing villages and scenic coastal path. Mid/West Wales offers unspoilt undiscovered areas of natural beauty, with plenty to occupy all seeking leisure activities and a get-away-from-it-all holiday in any season.
