Nearest train stations are Whitland and Carmarthen. There is a daily bus service from Gwbert to Cardigan and Aberporth between 28th May and 24th September. Drive past boating club, up small hill, along in front of several houses until you reach a sharp right hand corner with entrance to The Cliff hotel in front of you. Turn right up steep hill ¼ mile. Turn LEFT opposite road signed to golf club. Lanka is on the left of the SECOND small rise on this lane. Grocery deliveries from Tesco in Cardigan Parking for two cars 15 yards from the bungalow. Smooth concrete surface with slight slope. Garage 50 yards back down lane with white door. 3 steps up to bungalow – 5”, 8”, and 11” high with handrail. Outside light. Front door key in code locked unit outside, beside door.

West wall is all glass with sliding doors allowing magnificent views to the sea. 2 sofas + two chairs providing seating for 6 people, carpeted, wood burner, TV with remote control. Local facilities

Cardigan 3 miles, has a 5 star arts centre Theatr Mwldan www.mwldan.co.uk which has 3 screens, live shows, exhibitions, café. Tesco, Budgen’s and Aldi supermarkets, museum, boat trips. There are several small beaches with steps down to them, within easy walking distance of the bungalow. Patch beach is 1 mile away and Poppit 5 miles. The Wales Coast path is within a mile, Dyfed Riding centre is 7 miles away. The Cliff Hotel, which is on the cliff 400yds below the cottage has a Spa facility as well as restaurant and bars with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The Gwbert hotel is the same distance away with a smaller restaurant and the Flat Rock Bistro and similar views.
