Island’s View Studio adjoins the owners’ detached bungalow in a rural location just over 2 miles from Amroth in Pembrokeshire. The studio has its own entrance and is self-contained. Amroth is famous for being the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the sandy beach (with Blue Flag Award) is very popular for swimming, windsurfing and fishing.

This area of Pembrokeshire is a very popular holiday destination and there are many beautiful sandy beaches and numerous places of interest within easy reach. Saundersfoot and Tenby are very near and from Tenby you can visit the beautiful monastery island of Caldey.

Accommodation

Island’s View Studio sleeps 2 to 4 in one twin bedroom and a double bed settee in the lounge. There is a shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The private entrance hall leads to the open plan living area comprising lounge, dining area and kitchen. The comfortable lounge has a oil “wood burner” effect fire and a TV.

The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge and microwave and there is a dining table with seating for 4.

Outside

Outside to the front of the property, there is a small patio area (with garden furniture) accessed by patio doors from the lounge. This has views over the countryside and trees to the sea and Caldey Island in the distance. There is also a small lawned area to the rear of the studio which is for the use of guests. The owners’ garden to the front includes a small stream and pond so care must be taken with children. Parking for two cars.

Less than a half a mile walk away, the owners have a secluded barbeque and picnic area by their own lake which visitors may use. This includes a gas barbeque, sink and toilet facilities. Please note that use of this area is entirely at your own risk and children must be closely supervised at all times. Strictly no fishing permitted.
