Gwelfryn Bach is a beautifully converted old dairy surrounded by stunning views and rolling coastal hills. It has lovely interior features: wooden beams, stone walls and slate floor. The barn is spacious for two and oozes character with a mezzanine bedroom and glass balustrade accessed by a wooden spiral staircase.
The colourful town of Aberaeron is a 10-minute drive with the best tasting ice cream, coffee shops, places to eat including great fish and chips! There are gorgeous little shops and a quaint harbour or perhaps join the Ceredigion Coast Path if you’re feeling active. New Quay is also a short drive away, where you can go dolphin spotting! The Cambrian Mountains are just 45 minutes away.
You will see an abundance of wildlife: birds, often red kites and sometimes squirrels and woodpeckers. The area has both gentle and challenging walks making it the perfect location for adventurers and nature lovers alike!
Gwelfryn Bach sleeps 2 in a double bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an additional 2 guests.

Mezzanine bedroom: king sized bed that can be made up as two singles, plenty of drawer space and a wardrobe, glass balustrade and a Velux window with views, bedside cabinets, lamps, dressing table, hair dryer
DOWNSTAIRS
Bathroom: shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail
Living room: 3-seater sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, 32” Freeview TV/DVD, multi-fuel burner, huge window overlooking the garden, French doors leading to a patio
Dining room: table and chairs seating 4, tall gable end window, single soft rocking chair, store of reading books, games
Kitchen: electric oven with hob and extractor, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer box, kettle, toaster, juicer
Large garden with fruit trees, a furnished patio, garden bench seat and level lawn. Hedges enclose the property with integrated sheep fence and large trees. There is a large wooden shed which houses the patio furniture and umbrella, an electric drying rack, rotary drying line, small BBQ and it can secure bicycles. There is a private off-road car park with parking for 4 cars.
