“The accommodation was excellent it far exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, Aberporth had everything we needed, lovely beach and coastal paths too, we had some wonderful walks and were just a short drive to so many other great towns and attractions. Highly recommended.”

“The cottage was in a superb location as it was so close to the beach. My elderly mum and I happily spent each evening sitting on one of the many bench seats overlooking the bay as she is unable to walk too far. The accommodation itself was spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and having a sensor on the bathroom mirror was particularly good during the night. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.”

“Gwalia Stores is spacious, well equiped and very comfortable with everying you need to make your stay enjoyable. There are two superb, unspoilt beaches within a few yards of the apartment and village shops and Pub with restaurant close by. The owners, Richard and Nicolla, were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. We would strongly recommend this holiday apartment.”

“We booked last minute and it was our first time to the area. Gwalia Stores had everything we wanted and more, we couldn't have chosen a nicer place. Aberporth itself is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!”

“What a magical location! Cardigan Bay is in sight from the little garden at the roadside on the front of the house. From there, we spotted dolphins arching their backs and rolling their distinctly shaped fins above the glistening waves, whilst sipping our morning coffee, nestling within the cozy walls of Gwalia Stores. Drenched in morning sunshine, beneath the sprouting palm trees, it’s a delight to exchange pleasantries with the various early morning sea-dippers and dog-walkers who passed by, who gave even more affirmation of how really good it was to be situated there. Aberporth is truly dreamlike, with its pretty, covey, sandy beaches and abundantly green cliffs, adorned with accessible but brilliantly situated benches, affording views over the fabulous coastline. The Pembrokshire Coastal Path, festooned with peninsulas, cliffs, rocky caves and dynamic waves, connects straight in to this snug and interesting village. Evening strolls along it are breathtakingly beautiful and easy too. The Gwalia Stores apartment is right within all of this magnificence, as well as is within a stone’s throw (literally) of a very good pub, café and beach shop, which also hires out sea kayaks. The spacious and well equipped interior of the ground level apartment all add to the rich sense of luxury and well being of on holiday there. The owners live above the apartment and are sensitive landlords, who keep a helpful but low profile, whilst giving a sense of being there in case you need them for anything. Loved it all to bits, excellent holiday, one to be repeated.”

“I would just like to say what a fabulous 3 nights/4 days we have had. The accommodation was fabulous, incredibly clean, spacious with everything you would need for a family holiday. Being so close to the beach means much less stress & having two cafes, a pub which allows children in until 9pm & decent food and a fish & chip shop next door can only make for a very relaxed time!!! The beach is beautiful & the coastal walk even better. We can highly recommend Gwalia Stores for a relaxed break.”
