Gower View is a quaint apartment situated a stone's throw from Pendine sands. The property boasts fantastic views across the marshes and the Gower Penninsula in the distance. (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
Five minutes’ drive from Pendine Sands on Carmarthen Bay, Gower View is a light and airy apartment occupying a truly rural position surrounded by dairy farms and with fantastic views over the marshes, sand dunes and sea to the Gower Peninsula in the distance. The Millennium Coast Path passes the property, just across the road, offering level traffic-free cycling and walking.
There are many attractions to visit and things to do in this unspoilt part of Wales. Two miles to the west is the village of Pendine with its tremendous 7 mile beach famous for numerous land speed records and now home to the Museum of Speed.
The ancient township of Laugharne, 2 miles to the east, is best known as the home of Dylan Thomas and visits to the Boat House where he lived and wrote and Browns Hotel where he drank and mused are not to be missed. The ruined Norman Castle is also well worth a visit with its fantastic views over the Taf Estuary.
It is about 30 minutes’ drive to the Pembrokeshire seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. This is an ideal location from which to explore the Carmarthen Bay coast.
Gower View is in the picturesque hamlet of Brook, at the head of Cwm Curyll, ‘The Valley of the Hawks’. It is one of three holiday properties at Brook House, where the owners live. They respect your privacy but are always happy to help with local advice.
Gower View sleeps 2 in 1 double bedroom. An infant may be accommodated if you bring your own cot. The accommodation is accessed via external steps.

Kitchen: electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and fridge, (washing machine and tumble dryer with honesty box available in our adjacent campsite)

The gardens at Brook House offer plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peaceful location. There is a gas BBQ available for alfresco dining. There is ample off-road, secure parking outside the cottage.
