“A lovely cottage and we enjoyed our weeks stay in it. The weather enabled us to dine out in the garden for most of our meals, and in the evening we enjoyed watching the bats (Pipistrels) taking flight from Sally and Dave's cottage next door.
The cottage itself is well appointed and comfy and I would say quite cosy in colder weather (we didn't require the use of it). The bathroom is a little bit of a squeeze if you are a bit of a large lad like myself, the bed was VERY comfortable.
If you have a dog then cross the road to the grassy area opposite the cottage, walk down past the building and through the gate and you'll find yourself in the back of the graveyard which we found quite handy for our dog's last walk of the day.”

“Glanafon Bach is a beautiful cottage tucked away in a small community, where all you can hear is the birdsong in the trees that surround it.
Perfect for complete relaxation.
Situated close to Cenarth Falls, Ffynone Falls (if you can find them!) and Cardigan, you have easy access by road to the whole of South West Wales, from Tenby and Saundersfoot on the south coast, to St. David's in the west and New Quay and Aberystwyth further north. all of which are worth a visit.
The cottage was perfect for the two of us, plus Millie our little dog. The cottage had everything we needed for a week of pure retreat from the world and its current problems.
I am sure that we will be back again soon!”

“Dave and Sally were very informative of places to see and where to go to eat, as the area was only just reopening due to covid. Would recommend the cottage as its very peaceful and the wild flowers and fauna are fab this time of year.”

“Enjoyed all aspects of our break the property was very clean and had everything we needed Wi Fi was a bit slow to download movies but we got over that with free view the wood burning stove was great, very close to Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, accomadation within walking distance of Cenart Falls about 3 miles there and back , lots of walking on road or off ,and not too far a drive to the beautiful beaches, great all round will probably go there again, 5 star recommendation. Thanks again, hope to see you soon, John and Fidelma.”

“Glanafon Bach is a beautiful little cottage. Spotlessly clean and with all essentials. The cooker is very easy to use as is the microwave. I have visited some cottages where the cooking devices have been a nightmare.

It is cosy and very welcoming. We had a large dog with us and he loved it

The owner Sally is very helpful with anything you wish to know such as wi fi etc.

In all I would recommend this lovely cottage for a great holiday and if it was not so far to drive would be returning again”

“Lovely cottage, close to Cardigan and Newquay, nice and relaxing time away and would definitely go again but maybe a bit later in the year as a lot of the attractions me and the wife enjoy were not open until march time”

“Another wonderful holiday in this perfect location. Would recommend the Coracle museum and White Hart at Cenarth. Still the same gentle pace of life down here, which is why we like it so much. Hope to see you again.”

“We enjoyed a very relaxing week at your lovely cottage. It is so good to stay in a holiday cottage which is so well equipped. We visited lots of old haunts – Aberporth, Mwnt, Porthgain, Abereiddi and the Parrog. Saw seals at Porthgain and Mwnt. Enjoyed Fish and chips and Thai from Llechryd. Hope this is first of many visits to Glanafon Bach.”
