Ger Y Coed is a well-equipped converted stone barn set in a quiet, rural location only a short distance to the coast.

An idyllic escape, surrounded by farmland and trees, with beautiful views over open countryside with the sea in the distance. Relax in the large garden whilst listening to the sounds of the countryside.

The cottage is only 10 minutes from the beautiful coastal village of Llangrannog, with its two sandy beaches, village pubs, fish and chip shop and other great places to eat.

Ger Y Coed is close to the coast road, which provides easy access to the towns of Aberaeron and Aberystwyth to the north and Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn to the south. The stunning beaches at Penbryn, Tresaith, Cwmtydu and New Quay are all within easy reach.

Local attractions include the 9-hole Cwmrhydneuadd Golf Course, dolphin spotting boat trips from New Quay, dry slope skiing, horse riding, cycling trails, paddle boarding and fishing.

Enjoy a walk on the magnificent Ceredigion Coast Path with its spectacular views, where you will see fascinating wildlife, hidden coves and breath-taking scenery.

Living room: 4-seater corner sofa, two armchairs, Freeview TV, coffee table and side tables
Kitchen/diner: ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, table and 6 chairs.
Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
