Garden Flat is a cosy sunny hideaway in the grounds of The Spinney, a large family home near Saundersfoot, South Pembrokeshire. It’s a walk to the very popular and idyllic Coppet Hall beach and Saundersfoot Harbour with all the amenities of this picturesque holiday village within a five minute drive.

Perfect for walkers, Garden Flat is a short walk from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, and cyclists can explore the hugely popular Ironman course from the doorstep.

Garden Flat is set in a two acre garden in a quiet and secluded wooded area. Electric gates hide away a tree covered garden complete with a wooded stream.

Garden Flat is ideal for a couple with its lovely private setting, extensive gardens and close proximity to the holiday resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Garden Flat is self-contained accommodation within a large house and has a private entrance and its own furnished patio and lawn. The owners live on the premises with their three children and two dogs. They welcome you to share their lovely garden and are on hand should you need them, however they respect your privacy during your stay.

Accommodation

Garden Flat sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom with a double bed. The accommodation is all on one level.

Bedroom: double bed, bedside drawers, two chests of drawers, wardrobe and full length mirror
Shower room: shower, WC, wash hand basin
Lounge: two 2 seater sofas, TV, feature electric fire and fold away dining table and chairs to seat four
Kitchen: breakfast bar with 2 stools, electric cooker, microwave, fridge

Outside

There is a patio area with garden furniture and a lawned area. There is a shed where bikes can be securely stored. There is ample parking adjacent to the property.
