Access statement for Frondirion

Frondirion has been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard.

Situated in a prime location in Tresaith, it occupies an enviable position, 200 metres from the beach on a no through road. This ensures a peaceful stay with no passing traffic. It is adjacent to the public steps down to the beach which has a rail to assist.

The property has been simply but stylishly furnished to create a light and airy space and provide guests with all amenities they require.

The owners are local, will welcome you to the property and show you round. They are on hand should you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

Pre-arrival:
Visitors will be met by the owner on arrival
• Basic welcome pack included in rental
• Mobile phone coverage is generally good within the village. It is better in some rooms of the house than others.
• Free unlimited WiFi access
• Tesco and Asda home deliveries are available
• The property is not on one level and there are a number of steps and not ideal for wheelchair users.

Arrival and car parking:
• There are 2 car parking spaces at the front of the property
• The beach car park is up the hill 600 metres from the property (honest system operating)
• Access to the front of the property is via slate steps with a hand rail. There is additional access to the property from the public steps to the side of the house.
• The outside area is lit externally.

Inside:
• A large hallway provides access to both the living/dining areas and kitchen.
• Open plan living, dining area with sea views and comfortable seating with log burner, coffee table, and smart TV
• Kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
• Room for cot in 2 main bedrooms
• Wall mounted TV in attic bedroom
• Bedrooms are simply but stylishly furnished to maximize space. Twin bedroom has large built in wardrobe.

Outside:
• Enclosed decked areas at front of the property and at the rear. Steps lead up to both and are enclosed.
• Seating and table for up to 8-10 people
