Four Ashes is a five star luxurious country house with stunning panoramic water views, private indoor swimming pool, tennis court, beach, private quay and boat house, all set in four acres of private gardens located in the Pembrokeshire National Park and on the coastal path.

Four Ashes is ideally located to take advantage of the numerous blue flag sandy beaches, waterway pubs, water sports, sea fishing, golf, boat trips and family attractions in the area. Our local pub (which is very good by the way) is just a 15 minute walk away. Pembroke market town is just 5 miles, Tenby and Saundersfoot a 15 minute drive.

Four Ashes sleeps 12 in 6 first floor bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, four double rooms, one twin room, and a nursery with cot. Four Ashes provides exclusive accommodation of the very highest standard.

The lounge is a room of two halves: sit and enjoy the most stunning view of the waterway its boats and wildlife at one end, while at the other end is a state of the art home entertainment system with 60” cinema screen HDTV and all the gadgets, Sky, DVD, Wii games, a drinks cooler and a log fire for those colder evenings.

The dining room, elegantly furnished with a table for 12 offers amazing views up and down the estuary.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, is lavishly equipped and spacious. A large Aga and island work bench make cooking a real pleasure. Next to the breakfast bar (just great for little ones to sit and enjoy their meals) is the American fridge freezer and walk in pantry.

Off the lounge is the study/library also with log fire. Children will love the playroom and all the toys. Off the servants hall are two loos.

There is a separate well-equipped laundry room and the former flower room is now a great place for dogs to dry off after their walks, cosily warm next to the boiler room and accessed direct from the courtyard.

The master bedroom suite extends down one entire side of the house, featuring a huge bedroom – for a huge bed, where you can wake and watch the tide flow past (or watch TV). A large dressing room with double vanity unit, leads through to one of the biggest bathrooms you are likely to see, with the biggest bath and rain shower to match!

Children will love the front bedroom – with its twin beds and seaside theme – although the beds are really comfortable for adults too! The children’s bathroom echoes the seaside theme – a bath big enough for four little ones, or one adult to stretch out and relax! The one bedroom in the house without even a glimpse of the water is the cosy nursery.

At the top of the stairs you’ll find a shower room and loo– the first of two on the first floor. The beautiful ‘green room’, facing the water has a double bed and shares an en suite bathroom - superb water views, especially whilst soaking in the bath!

The ‘pink room’ (sharing the bathroom) has a wash basin in the room, and, if needs be, a separate loo, just across the corridor.

Two blue bedrooms complete the picture – both with views of the water, both beautifully comfortable with double beds. One has a wash basin; the other is directly opposite the second shower room.

The unique character of Four Ashes extends to the grounds, in all, approximately 8 acres. The terrace boasts a super large table, chairs and BBQ. Close to the house is a summer house with some of the best water views on the property. There is a tennis court and a four acre paddock, a great place for dogs to run.

At one end of the grounds is a private lawned beach area and at the other a stunning boathouse sits just above the private jetty. It has heating to help warm you up after water skiing, a Smeg Fridge to keep your drinks cold, and a zoned music system and iPod dock to keep you entertained. Superb for BBQs and for sitting watching the boats go past. The jetty also makes an ideal fishing spot.

In a contemporary building located next to Four Ashes is a superb indoor infinity swimming pool in an elevated position that affords the most amazing and stunning views of the estuary. Open the rolling glass walls in warm weather and just step out onto the large terraced deck area to enjoy the sun after a relaxing swim. On cooler days, with the glass walls closed, swim in luxurious warmth whilst still enjoying the fantastic estuary views. A rather clever music system will enable you to play virtually any track in existence within seconds.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests at Four Ashes. The pool building includes a large shower, changing room and toilet. For complete peace of mind the pool has a motorised safety cover.

There is plenty of off road parking in the grounds.
