“We both absolutely loved Felin Wen and our stay there passed all too quickly. Wendy and Ian were the perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary jars of jam, marmalade and chutney were very well received, and resulted in us bringing back a lot more for Christmas presents! We would LOVE to go again.”

“Cosy cottage in lovely part of Wales. Originally the owner's house and you could tell from the high quality and homely finish. Stylish, big bedroom, new bathroom and delicious jams. Close to great beaches and good walking, particularly the Preseli Hills. Plenty tourist facilities and a great welcome everywhere (even the dog!) but without the crowds. We had a lovely holiday.”

“Felix Wen is charming, unique building, beautifully presented in it's gardens. Homely, practical with all that you need supplied, central to all that North Pembrokeshire has to explore and enjoy. Our hosts were lovely and very attentive but never intrusive. Where else can you have preserves and pickles made on site to enjoy in such a peaceful setting?”

“We had a fantastic time in Pembrokeshire and our daughter Isabella made two new friends – Gertrude and Daisy (Wendy’s pigs)! The mill house is very cosy - we enjoyed the log burner every evening. We would recommend the dolphin trip in New Quay – it is dog friendly, and the steam train ride to Devil’s Bridge where the landscape views are amazing. Many thanks and am so glad that the bookings are starting for next year.”

“What a wonderful cottage and a great location for peace and quiet away from the city! – and so comfortable. The gardens are so beautiful making sitting outside even more pleasant. Visited Cenarth which was lovely and the circular walk by the river is a must. St David’s is well worth a visit – the cathedral is amazing. Tenby is a must, as is the coastal path walk from Goodwick to Strumble Head. We have had a very enjoyable stay here – see you next year!”

“We loved our stay here – it has been a lovely break – peaceful, cosy, homely place and we loved the garden. The highlights of our stay were the steam train trip from Aberystwyth p to Devil’s Bridge and waterfall – spectacular! Also the great walks in this area – beach, river and Cenarth Falls. Poppit Sands, St Dogmaels and Newport Sands we particularly enjoyed. We also loved the little village of Nevern and the “ bleeding yews” in the churchyard.Castell Henleys Iron Age village also very interesting. There are good places to walk dogs in this area – Poppit sands, Newport Sands, Cenarth Falls, Cenarth Forest, the Nature reserve near Cilgerran Castle and Cilgerran river forest.”
