“Three generations stayed at this delightful property. There was ample room for all to have their own space. Betty left a welcome tray which, after a long journey was greatly appreciated. The furnishings are excellent quality and there was plenty of crockery. In fact there was everything and more that you would need.
Driftwood is situated between Tenby and Saundersfoot so great for getting around and making the most of the area.
We were very lucky and had fantastic weather, however, there is plenty to see and do if you can't get on the beach.
Thank you for a really enjoyable week.”

“Driftwood is superbly equipped, from toastie makers to salad bowls and liquidizer and mixer to covered serving dishes. Multiple place settings and an abundance of cooking pots and utensils. The towels were luxurious and the bedding supplied was of lovely quality and provided many options of sheets, duvets, blankets and a quilt. The toys, indoor and out plus all the child/baby equipment was perfect and much appreciated.

The property is just off a main road and is in a good position which gives easy access to all parts of Pembrokeshire. We were 5 adults and 2 small children staying for 2 weeks, we found plenty of places to visit and things to do without travelling to far. Favourites being Manobier with its stream. Coppitt Hall Beach. Scolton Manor and Haverfordwest Library. Pembroke Castle and the excellent Folly Farm. There was also good play areas in Begally (near the roundabout) and in Templeton. Besides having excellent facilities to do in house cooking there are also plenty of eateries and take a ways not too far away plus a small convenience store virtually next door and a good Co-op not far away.

An excellent holiday was had. Thank you”

“Lovely dormer bungalow set in a very central and convenient part of Pembrokeshire. Betty, the owner, was very helpful and her response to any query that we had was first rate. All furnishings were of a high standard and very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped and onsite gym an added bonus. Ideal if you are travelling with young children as stair gates, high chairs etc all provided. We would highly recommend staying in this bungalow if you are travelling to this beautiful part of the country”

“We came as a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The garden was ideal for the children as well as enjoying a BBQ most nights.
It is ideally located, close to Folly Farm, and access to the rest of Pembrokeshire. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire.”

“The owner, Betty, left a welcome pack of refreshments which was much appreciated- cakes for adults and cookies for children. She called in the following day to check everything was all right, it was except a light bulb had gone and a battery in the smoke alarm was dead. A day later she was back again with replacements.
Lovely lady and very friendly. She recommended a local pub which did excellent meals, which we took her advice and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Every comfort had been thoughtfully provided. The quality of bed linen and towels were second to none and much higher quality than of top hotels we stay at. The crockery was also top quality. Decorated lovely throughout. Our grandchildren loved sleeping in "the attic". There was even a dolls cradle complete with occupants!! much to the delight of my grand-daughter. Loads of dvd's and games.
I enjoyed the use of the gym and wet room, a very novel addition to a holiday cottage.
The only thing Betty did not provide was the sunshine - but I'm sure she would have done if she could.”

“Betty was amazing we had a little problem with the upstairs shower and she had it fixed in less than 24 hours. The house was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly want or need. The furniture was of the highest quality and the bed very comfortable. The property suits everyone and the downstairs bedroom is great for those with mobility issues.
Plenty of towels and flannels provided which again were of fantastic quality. The fact that milk, tea, coffee, cake and wine were provided was also great. In addition it was great that Betty and her husband called round to say not to worry about putting bins out or stripping beds that had been used . This was a welcome relief to where we stayed last year where we had to put bedding in one bag and used towels in another and put the bins out. Betty said youre on holidaysylu dont need to be worrying about stuff like that.
We will definitely be back as the location was pretty central to Tenby and Laugharne two of our favourite places,
Thanks again Betty for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. I'd love to move in permanently.”

“Thank you Betty for letting us use your lovely cottage. We had a super time; the cottage was exactly as described, very clean, warm and exceptionally well kitted out. In fact, we have never been to a cottage with so much good quality tableware, furniture and kitchen appliances, like a slow cooker. We also loved the hand drawn map and letter of instructions!”

“Driftwood. Is a lovely holiday home. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Every thing you could need was accommodated for.
Great location to visit the many beaches and the other attractions in the surrounding area. Only 500 metres from Follys farm. We stayed with my parents and our two year old son. Betty didn't mind that we moved some of her lovely breakable ornaments out of reach. The largest selection of DVDs I have ever seen in a cottage. Our son enjoyed the outside toys provided. The kitchen very well equipped.
It was also great to have a tv and DVD in each bedroom as not everyone wants to watch the same programmes. Overall we had a lovely holiday. Many thanks to Betty. Would highly recommend Driftwood as a very comfortable and homely place to stay.”

“What a fabulously, thought-out, lovely property. There was plenty of space and the little things, which can normally be forgotten in holiday homes, such as stair gate, night light and bed-bar, were very welcome! It had everything we needed. The outside space is equipped with lovely garden furniture and even things for the children to play with. The owner, Betty, was very helpful and so friendly, she gave us advice on what was nearby in terms of places to eat and child-friendly places before we arrived. It is also a 5 minute walk to Folly Farm! A superb property and we had a lovely holiday - thank you!”
