Cowshed Cottage is a romantic cottage for 2, converted from a 200 year old stone barn, nestling in tranquil countryside within 20 minutes of the stunning Ceredigion Heritage Coast. The cottage is one of three on Penbeili Mawr Farm, with its secluded 87 acres encompassing 30 acres of broadleaf woodland which provides pleasant walks and the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife, including the majestic Red Kite. This is a peaceful haven and a perfect location from which to explore the beautiful local countryside and coastlines of Ceredigion and nearby Pembrokeshire.
Penbeili Farm is just 5 miles from the bustling market town of Newcastle Emlyn, with its ancient castle and abundance of cafes and pubs. Within easy reach are the stunning coves and beaches of Llangrannog, New Quay, Tresaith, Penbryn and Aberporth where you may see seals and dolphins.
Local attractions include the Steam Railway at Henllan (3 miles), the National Woollen Mill at Drefach Felindre (4 miles) and fishing and canoeing on the River Teifi. A little further afield are the picturesque Cenarth Falls, the seaside towns of New Quay and Aberaeron and the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran.

Cowshed Cottage sleeps 2 in 1 king size bedroom. There is a step up into the cottage and then the accommodation is on the ground floor so may be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
