Less than 15 minutes from the spectacular coastline of Cardigan Bay, Cothi Cottage is in a surprisingly central position for enjoying all that Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion have to offer – from dolphin spotting to long, lazy afternoon strolls.
This detached, single storey cottage is situated alongside the farmhouse at Penwern Fach, once a working farm where the outbuildings have been transformed into 6 very appealing holiday cottages each with their own individual style and character. This ten acre smallholding is only a mile and a half away from the quaint little village of Cenarth, famous for its waterfalls and salmon fishing.
Cothi Cottage is very roomy with a particularly large living area and good sized bedrooms. The fenced, private, lawned rear garden with patio area makes it an ideal choice for families with small children and its garden provides really fine views across the Teifi Valley to the Preseli Hills beyond.
The communal gardens, lawns, golf practise field and play area add to the pleasure and the enclosed wild-life pond which attracts a wide variety of insects and birdlife is fascinating for young and old.
Cothi Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: one double with additional dressing area and one with twin beds. With the accommodation on one floor, the cottage may suit guests with restricted mobility
