The safety of our owners and their guests and our employees are of paramount importance to West Wales Holiday Cottages. As this is an ever-changing situation, we recommend that you review the up to date guidance from Public Health Wales on a regular basis.
We would like to reassure you that we are operating as usual and that our policy and standard terms and conditions for hirers apply:
- We take bookings on behalf of owners and the contract is between the visitor and the owner as per our standard terms and conditions
- Visitors should have taken out travel insurance whilst booking their holiday (as advised by us)
- Any refunds issued to a guest will be at the owner’s discretion, as we transfer all monies to owners immediately
