Magnificently positioned property located just yards from the sea on Parrog Bach, Newport. Set on the Pembrokeshire Coastal path, enjoy spectacular views of the bay and beyond from this stunning spot.

Located in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, you can delight in miles of unspoilt beach and outstanding wildlife. Enjoy watching the tides and the change in the vista from the comfort of the lounge or bedrooms.

Newport itself is a short walk away with its selection of independent shops, eateries, and public houses. The village lies at the foot of the magical Carningli Mountain and is popular with both walkers and families.

The sheltered bay and estuary are popular for sandy beaches, sailing and water sports and sea and river fishing. There is an 18-hole golf course with stunning views and a choice of riding stables within easy reach, offering trekking across the Preseli Hills and beach rides.

The ferry port of Fishguard is approximately 4 miles away to the west on the way to the cathedral city of St Davids. Cardigan, 20 minutes away, has plenty of shops and eating places and is near several sandy beaches. There are many interesting historic sites in the immediate areas.

This is a perfect spot for a truly wonderful break.
