“We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Badger Banc. A warm welcome from Jacqui and fabulous quiche and wine on arrival. The cottage is in a beautiful place. We enjoyed wonderful walks, great beaches and the farmers market at St Dogmael’s. There is plenty of outside space in the garden and paddock to play in or just sit in and enjoy the peace and wildlife. Thank you for your warm welcome and readiness to help Jacqui. We very much hope to return soon.”

“Loved the cottage , was bigger than it looks in the pictures, was never in a rush to go out as it was so nice and peaceful just sat there with the patio doors open whilst reading a book and listening to the birds , no other noise at all .

Lovely home made quiche and a bottle of wine for our arrival which was all consumed on the first night

The owner (Jacqui) was really nice and very welcoming

Would love to own something like this .

Would definately book again

Thank you for a perfect holiday”

“Jacqui and her husband were welcoming when we arrived and very friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication via emails giving us lots of information about Badger Banc Cottage prior to meeting them.
We enjoyed the homemade quiche on our first evening which was left with a bottle of wine. Thank you.
The cottage itself is really lovely, cosy and warm. It is actually much bigger than it looks on the website photos. The main room is perfect for cooking, washing, playing games, watching a film (dvd player within the TV) or just reading a good book in the comfy sofas.
The bathroom is large with a choice of a bath and shower. The two bedrooms were clean with plenty of bedding, pillows and cushions. There is also plenty of storage in both bedrooms and hallway. A generous parking space outside the cottage, together with a small, private and well looked after garden at the back.
We appreciated the access to the paddock, which is fenced off, for our dog to run around, but also for letting us have some of those very tasty apples. We had overall a very good stay. It was relaxing and we managed to visit many sites in this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire.
We will come back again.”

“We had a lovely stay at Badger Banc Cottage. The owner kindly provided milk, wine and a quiche for our arrival which was much appreciated. She also offered guidance as to where to go nearby. The cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed throwing open the french door and looking out onto the garden. Sadly, we didn't see any foxes or badgers.”

“Badgers Banc is a lovely cosy cottage, we had an excellent Christmas there with 2 of our sons and our dogs.
From the moment we opened the front door we were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles and a Christmas cake - what a marvelous start to our holiday.
We would defiantly recommend it as a homely base to explore the beautiful West Wales countryside that can be viewed from the cottage.
A hidden treasure.”

“The cottage is in a wonderfully quiet, peaceful, friendly area of West Wales. The walks along the coast path are really lovely, and there are some long sandy beaches not far away for dogs to enjoy. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It is ideal for getting away from the normal hustle and bustle of life.”

“Mrs Vernon (Jackie) made us very welcome and the arrival quiche and wine were much appreciated. Jackie gave us tips on the best pubs/ walks/
restaurants, beaches etc

Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed watching the chicken and ducks.

The site is very quiet and the other cottage on-site was some way away. Our cottage had a skylight so we could star gaze in bed!!!

“We wanted a get away for our wedding anniversary, and we found the perfect place. It was so peaceful and the cottage was perfect, our dog was so content as there was nothing to disturb us. On arrival Jacqui was there to greet us, a very warm hearted lady, she had made the best quiche I had ever tasted with a bottle of wine to greet us. The cottage was the best equipped we had been to, there was all toiletries, bags , dish washer and even milk in the fridge. IT WAS JUST PERFECT”

“We had a great time staying at Badger Banc. The cottage is bigger than you'd think from the website, but that's hard to capture in photos. Spacious, homely, well maintained and in a beautiful part of Pembrokeshire. The shared garden is lovely, and the accompanying paddock/orchard area was a huge plus for us as it gave our dog somewhere where he could get some exercise. The dishwasher was also a bonus, which we didn't expect in this price bracket. Jacqui, the owner, lives next door and is lovely. Always helpful, and full of good information about the area. She also made us a wonderful quiche to greet us on our arrival. We really hope we can go back soon.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Badger Banc cottage. The owner was very welcoming and helpful in giving us good tips for great days out and left us a delicious welcome package. The cottage was cosy and the perfect place to come back to relax after a day out on the beautiful breathtaking Pembrokeshire Coast. The location is an ideal bolt hole getaway hidden in the undulating folds of the surrounding countryside, a real gem. We found the walks from the door to The Witches Cauldron and Ceibwr Bay exhilarating. Having the Cafe at Penrallt Garden Centre just up the road is a real bonus too! There is so much to do and see in the locality that we are already talking about a return visit. Badger Banc Cottage will be top of our list for places to stay!”
