The renovated coastal cottage is in the pretty little village of Aberporth set on the hill that leads to the Blue Flag beach, on a quiet no through lane. Everything is finished to a high standard, making the most of the spectacular sea views across Cardigan Bay.
It's around 400 metres to Dolwen blue flag beach and within walking distance to the local pub and the coast path. You can often spot dolphins from the beach and along the coastal walk to the neighbouring village of Tresaith.
The 60 mile stretch of Ceredigion Coast Path is right on the doorstep which makes it an ideal base for a walking holiday, or to just walk part of the coastline, followed by a lunch in a cosy coastal pub.
The local town of Cardigan is just a 10 minute drive away and there are countless other beaches and villages within easy driving distance, including Tresaith, Penbryn, Llangrannog, Mwnt, New Quay and Aberaeron. Pembrokeshire and its attractions are an easy day trip away too.
