“This well equipped and beautifully decorated cottage was a wonderful place to stay at any age. Our two kids loved the pool, which was warm enough to swim in in most weathers and we enjoyed the estuary views. The owner was very helpful when I emailed her. The beach is incredibly close too and there are lots of day trips around.”

“My family had a wonderful holiday at the cottage. We loved the upside down living and the balcony had fantastic views over the estuary and castle. The cottage was well equipped, bright & airy and clean. The car parking was easy and safe. The owner kept us fully up to date and left a great welcome pack. We could just pop out to the pool or the beach dependent on our mood, lovely walks from the doorstep, the tea shop and chippy were almost neighbours and the 2 village pubs were a 5 minute uphill walk via lane. The Inn at The Sticks provided great meals and whilst the other was a lovely local for a drink or to sit outside watching the world go by. The villagers were all friendly and would always happy to stop and chat. A good base to visit the beaches, gardens, mines and castles in the area - recommend the gold mine, Aberglasney Gardens, Bosherton and Pembrey beaches, Laughaune and Tenby (though Tenby does get busy!). The cottage is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway though noting the wi-fi worked well - important for my 12 yr old daughter! Highly recommend.”

“Loved this cottage from the moment we arrived. Views are much better than on the photos and the balcony was fab for reading with a glass of wine in the evening. The owners have thought of so many little extras that make you feel so at home, we even had fresh flowers on arrival. The village was very friendly and we found loads to do just a short drive away. This was our first holiday to South Wales but it certainly won't be our last to Innisfree. SUPERB!!!”

“We found the house exactly as advertised, the beach on the doorstep, the pool at the back, stunning views from the lounge and balcony, had we have had good weather it would have been perfect holiday destination ! We did have one sunny day, picnic on the beach, sand castles, ice cream followed by fun in the pool. We would definitely recommend 6 Innisfree cottage, stunning area, very comfortable accommodation.”

“My wife and I are in our seventies and stayed with 2 grandsons in their late twenties and we all enjoyed the delightful d├ęcor and layout of 6,Innisfree which covered for everything you could wish for in a mid may holiday.
The views across the estuary were amazing from the sunny balcony and Llansteffan is perfect for a quiet holiday with or without using your car.

The small group of holiday homes with swimming pool is ideal for a young family and the beautiful sandy beach is right on your doorstep. You couldn't get closer unless you were on a boat.
When we want a holiday like this again we would happily return.

“We have visited this cottage several times over the last few years. It is beautiful. You can sit in the upstairs living room or on the balcony and watch the tide come and go.

The beach itself is always clean and when the tide is out you can have a pleasant walk. The whole village is overlooked by the beautiful ruins of Llansteffan's medieval castle sitting on the headland overlooking Carmarthen Bay.”
