5 Park Street is a charming terraced cottage situated less than five minutes’ walk from the sandy beach at New Quay. The cottage is near to all facilities the town has to offer, namely pubs, shops, cafés, restaurants and boat trips.

5 Park Street has been sympathetically renovated by the owners to provide a relaxing environment for you to enjoy your stay. The cottage is well equipped and offers home from home comforts.

New Quay is the half-way point of Wales’ coastal path. The walking is fantastic, and Cardigan Bay is quite unique with its outstanding scenery and of course its varied wildlife and sea life. Whatever your calling, New Quay delivers.


5 Park Street sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms: 1 double and a room with bunks beds and a truckle bed.

Bedroom 2: bunk beds, pull-out truckle bed, wardrobe, storage drawer unit
Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail

Kitchen: Range cooker (gas hob with two electric ovens), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided)
Conservatory/dining area: table seating 6, double opening patio doors to rear garden, wood burning stove


Enclosed rear garden with furnished patio. The combination of patio area, raised flower border and pots make it an ideal seating area to enjoy the sun. There is rear access to the garden via some steps at the top of which there is a car parking space for an average size car across the garage frontage. There is also free parking directly behind the property which you may find easier, but this can get busy at peak holiday time.
