Sipping your morning coffee from the sofa you can see the kids crabbing on the pontoon, boats travelling the Teifi and be rejuvenated by the light and space of this beautiful open plan home. Here you are a 5 minute drive from dog friendly Poppit Sands and a 2 minute stroll to a great local pub/restaurant. Here it’s just about relaxing.

Poppit Sands is perfect for families with children and is dog friendly. Spend the day nestled in the dunes or body boarding - always stunning, never busy. St Dogmaels is a welcoming village with a selection of pubs, an organic veg shop and a fantastic local market every Tuesday next to the abbey and flour mill. Great coastal paths for walkers – as near as the pontoon at the end of the road. Cardigan offers supermarkets, cinemas, theatre, shops, local artists and crafts, bars and restaurants.

Enclosed rear garden enjoys afternoon and evening sun with furnished patio, BBQ and chimenea with access onto a public footpath and woods. Front entrance and garden has a comfortable position to enjoy the morning sun whilst watching the pontoon. Driveway parking for 1 car with an additional space on the road in front of the house.
