3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay. Its history can be traced back to the late 1800s, when it was home to mariners and sea captains. Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner’s family. Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails have been walked, and coves and beaches have been explored.
3 Prospect Place offers home comforts, sea views, an amazing position (a cup of coffee on the patio is the perfect place for dolphin spotting) and dedicated private parking, which is the golden ticket for this busy harbour village.
New Quay is a wonderful spot for a family holiday at the seaside in this beautiful part of Cardigan Bay and is an ideal place to stay for those wishing to explore on the Ceredigion Coast path.
