3 Glanmordy is in one of the very best locations, with views over the two sheltered, sandy beaches in the popular seaside village of Aberporth, Ceredigion. Easy access to the beach makes this a great base for a family seaside holiday and with Ceredigion Coast Path on the doorstep the cottage is great for walkers who can explore 60 miles of stunning coastline.
This 3-storey cottage is light and modern with a comfortable lounge and a well-appointed kitchen/diner. There are views over the beach and sea from the kitchen, lounge, and bedroom windows, and the front patio is south-facing; a lovely spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a drink in the evening.
3 Glanmordy is a short distance from the beach, just walk down the steps from the cottage, past the café where you can grab an ice cream or stop for a snack and walk straight onto the sand, no need to cross the road!
Aberporth village amenities are within walking distance and include a pub, cafés, takeaways, village store, post office, and chemist. The historic town of Cardigan is just 7 miles away and has supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and independent shops.
Ceredigion Coast Path passes within a few yards of the cottage providing wonderful walks to sandy beaches, spectacular cliffs, and seaside villages with the opportunity to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins swimming close to shore. The beaches of Tresaith and Penbryn are to the north and further along the coast, you will find the popular villages of Llangrannog and New Quay. The cottage’s central location allows for day trips exploring the rest of Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire.
