2 Prospect Place is a delightful and perfectly positioned family holiday home situated on the seafront at New Quay. The property boasts views of the bay, beach and pier and is a magnificent location to watch the famous bottlenosed dolphins frolicking in the water.The house has seen many generations of the owners family grow and is a home filled with happiness.

It is only a 3-minute walk to New Quays’ many shops, cafe’s, restaurants, pier, beach and boat rides. The boat trips are a must to see many dolphins, seals and birds that thrive in the waters and can also be seen from the towns’ harbour wall. You can also enjoy some paddleboarding at the Water Sports Centre. Local fish is also sold daily down at the quayside.

New Quay is also at the midpoint of the All Wales Coast Path with its spectacular walks, views and numerous wildlife. You can walk north towards Aberaeron or south towards Llangrannog – both are picture-perfect routes.
