1 Bank Terrace is a beautifully presented cottage in the heart of Newport, Pembrokeshire. Packed with character, this refurbished Grade II listed building is 150 years old and has lovely features, such as wooden beams.

The wood burner and underfloor heating make this a cosy and inviting property all year round. This spacious home boasts an enclosed garden and patio area, which is a great place to enjoy the bottle of champagne which greets you.

1 Bank Terrace is close to Parrog, filled with its friendly boat club and bar as well as many scenic walks. You’ll find fabulous restaurants and artisan retailers nearby and a great choice of pubs.

Parrog is set at the foot of the magnificent Preseli Hills, packed full of historical sites and excellent for walkers. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is another wonderful place to explore in either direction.

There are plenty of activities nearby, including an eighteen-hole golf course with stunning views. Close by is the spacious Newport Sands, ideal for beach games and watersports.

Further north, you’ll find Poppit Sands Beach, Mwnt, Aberporth, Tresaith and Llangrannog, all within a 40-minute drive.

This is an excellent choice for a getaway to this lovely area.
