Yr Onnen is one of two delightfully converted cottages which are full of character and many interesting original features. The cottages sleep up to six people and are situated in a peaceful, rural location on a working farm only five miles from the picturesque Cardigan Bay coast.

Yr Onnen is fully equipped and tastefully furnished and has a wood burner as well as central heating. The patio will allow you to enjoy barbecues and beautiful views of a wooded valley. The cottage has a kitchen/dining area and living area (open plan). It is heated by an oil-fired central heating system, and additional wood burners have been provided to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The lounge area has Freeview television with DVD, radio and CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob/grill, fridge with a small freezer, kettle, toaster and all the utensils and crockery which you may need during your stay. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom has a shower, W.C. and washbasin.

A shared laundry room is provided for your use with a washer/dryer, large freezer and sink area. A drying area for your boots and coats as well as secure storage for your bicycles is also available. This room also serves as a games room with a darts board, a pool table and table tennis facilities. It is also suitable as a shared meeting/communal room for ramblers or cyclists to discuss their holiday plans.

All rooms are on the ground floor and are therefore ideal for less mobile visitors. Baby facilities are available on request. All bed linen and towels will be provided. Parking is available at the cottage. There is a barbecue and seating on the patio with beautiful valley views.

Mydroilyn is close to Lampeter, a charming university and market town nestling in the mid Teifi valley on the borders of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. Within a short drive is Aberaeron, which is a charming Georgian port town on the Cardigan Bay coast of West Wales. Well worth a visit when you holiday in Ceredigion.

Explore the wonderful beaches around Cardigan Bay where most of the coastline is protected Heritage coast. Visit and discover clean sandy beaches with clear waters, caves, waterfalls, wild rugged cliffs and so much more. There are fabulous walks across the headlands to secret coves rarely visited except by birds and the ghosts of ancient smugglers.
