Yr Hen Ysgubor is a cosy cottage with views across unspoilt countryside to the Preseli Mountains. Situated on the owners peaceful 19 acre smallholding the cottage is less than a mile from the small village of Trelech and is situated at the crossways of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion making it an ideal base for exploring the wonderful Welsh countryside. Why not visit Laugharne with its castle and Dylan Thomas’ Boat House (15 miles) or the new racecourse in Trimsaran (25 miles).There are plenty of beaches close to, so whether you prefer family friendly (ie Tenby, Saundersfoot), or more sporty (ie Newgale, Broad Haven), the choice is yours. There are castles to explore, tourist attractions, museums and gardens (including the National Botanical Gardens of Wales). So whatever the weather, whatever your budget, there’s bound to be something for you.

Accommodation
Yr Hen Ysgubor sleeps 4 – 5 in one double bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and a chair bed giving the option of a further single bed.

The bathroom has a shower bath with an electric shower over, heated towel rail, WC and basin with illuminated mirror over.

The lounge area has a leather sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV with ‘Freeview’/DVD player.

The kitchen facilities include a built in electric oven and hob with hood over, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

Outside
The cottage has its own fenced patio area with table and chairs and a private south facing courtyard. There is ample parking for two cars.

The cottage is all on one level except for the larger bedroom which has three steps down. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout.
