West Wing is a ground floor apartment (sleeping four) in Boulston Manor, a country house set in rolling parkland on the banks of the Cleddau estuary in Pembrokeshire. The house dates back to the 15th Century and the approach to it is lined with rhododendrons, opening up in front of the Manor with parkland and estuary beyond. West Wing, with its high ceilings and large original sash windows, has extensive views over the parkland and woodland.

West Wing sleeps four in two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room. The twin room is accessed via the shower room which has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The cosy, open plan living space is light and airy with leather sofas, TV with Freeview and DVD player and a woodburning stove for chillier evenings. The kitchen area has an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The use of a washing machine and tumble drier are available on request.

Outside there is a small lawn area with garden furniture for you to enjoy an alfresco meal or you can wander the extensive, lawned grounds that lead down to the water’s edge and admire the breathtaking views. There is parking for two cars. West Wing is a no smoking property and up to two pets can be accommodated for a charge of £10 each per week. There is oil central heating which is part of the main house system and electric heating. The oil is included in the cost and the electricity is charged as used. Bed linen is provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels. Boulston Manor takes guests in the main house so breakfast and evening meals are available by arrangement.

Conveniently located, just 3 miles outside the thriving market town of Haverfordwest with its range of facilities, Boulston Manor is ideally placed in the heart of Pembrokeshire to explore the varied coastline with large, sandy beaches and rocky coves all within a short drive. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, please add £10 for each pet per week; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
