Valley View is a large bungalow located in a wonderful country setting, just a few miles from the Pembrokeshire Coast with its beautiful beaches, quaint villages and towns. The house is perfect for families wishing to enjoy a peaceful break with the option of many activities nearby. Heatherton Activity Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and The Dinosaur Park, three of Pembrokeshire's main attractions, are all within walking distance (roughly 1 mile).
Valley View sleeps 7 plus a baby in 3 bedrooms. There is one room with a double bed, one twin room and a family room containing a king size bed, a single bed and cot and a TV. The second lounge has a sofa bed and so can be used as a fourth bedroom to accommodate a further 2 people if required.
The well-equipped kitchen/diner has an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, two microwaves, a toaster, and kettle. It also contains two dining tables which seat 10. A highchair is available. The first lounge offers fantastic views of the valley and has a three seater sofa, an armchair, a beanbag chair and a rocking chair as well as a wood burning stove (basket of logs provided) and an LCD TV / DVD player. The second lounge has a three seater sofa and a two seater sofa. There is a further dining room which adjoins the second lounge and conservatory. A shower room with toilet facilities is in the centre of the house with a further bathroom located next to the bedrooms.
Valley View has its own private patio with barbecue and outdoor seating. This patio has uninterrupted views of the valley and provides a perfect place to enjoy an early evening glass of wine! The house itself sits in an acre of grounds, with the owners occupying the attached self contained annex and caravan. Guests have the use of their own fenced garden of approx three quarters of an acre.
Oil central heating, all fuel and power included (additional logs can be purchased on site for £3 per basket.) Bed linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels. Parking for several vehicles or boat available at the front of the house. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking permitted.
This is a superb holiday location with a choice of several award winning beaches. Within a short drive are the historic castles of Pembroke and Carew, Oakwood leisure park, Blue Lagoon water park, Folly Farm and numerous attractions for all the family.
