Ty Twt is a new wheelchair accessible self catering suite, only a few metres from the sea with direct access to the Ceredigion Heritage Coastal Path. On a quiet private road, it is a self contained annex to Ty Gwyn Guest House, ideal for people with disabilities, travelling with their carers or companions.
The lovely Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is only a 10 minute walk away and has a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as a picturesque fishing harbour.
Popular outings include visits to the National Trust estate of Llanerchaeron, to the University town of Aberystwyth and to the seaside town of New Quay. The Aeron Valley and the Ceredigion Heritage Coast offer beautiful scenic drives.
Accommodation
Ty Twt sleeps 2 in twin beds which can be linked to form a super king size bed. There is an easy access wet room with shower, toilet, wash basin plus handrails and shower seat. The well equipped kitchen area has an electric hob, fridge / freezer and a microwave. The comfortable living area has a TV, armchairs and large bi-folding glazed doors for amazing views and great access. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in Ty Twt.
Outside
There is a wooden veranda with ramp access for wheelchairs, five metres from the secure car parking. There are various sitting-out areas in the garden of Ty Gwyn. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use on site.
