Welcome to Ty Oriel, an ideally located cottage, in the charming town of Newport, within the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park. This detached cottage is located in a peaceful corner of the town with an enclosed gated garden. A short stroll takes you into the heart of Newport with its cosy pubs and quality restaurants. There is also a high quality butcher's shop, a wholefood shop with a large selection of organic products and a well stocked Spar mini market.

From Ty Oriel, a relaxed 5 minute walk will take you to the coastal path and Nevern Estuary. The Parrog beach, ideal for rock pooling, sailing and kayaking is an easy 10-15 minute walk along the accessible coastal path. The mile long Newport Sands are also within comfortable walking distance along the estuary or a short drive away. Park your car, take a deep breath and enjoy the range of activities and facilities that are on your doorstep.

Accommodation
Ty Oriel sleeps 8 in four bedrooms on the first floor, two with double beds and two with twin beds. There is space for a cot in either double bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and the family bathroom is also on this floor and has a separate shower and bath.

On the ground floor, enjoy the cosy lounge with log burner, 37'' digital TV, DVD and comfortable seating for eight. The French doors open to the south facing patio and BBQ area. Relax in the sunny conservatory or prepare a meal in the well appointed kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and there is a utility area with a washer/dryer.

Have fun in the games room with snooker/pool, table tennis, table football, 37” digital TV and DVD player (bring your own favourites but there are some provided). There is an additional downstairs shower room, ideal for when you arrive home after a day of activity on the beach. Ty Oriel comfortably accommodates a large extended family or two smaller families wishing to share a holiday experience. Wifi available.

Outside
There is an enclosed lawned garden with wooden garden furniture and BBQ. The gated gravel driveway has parking for several vehicles and small boats or kayaks.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Pets are charged at £10 per pet per week.
