Ty Aelwyd sleeps two and is in a quiet position in upper Solva with views over St Brides Bay in the front and fields at the back. It is only minutes from the coast path and lower Solva and is perfectly located as a base for walking and only three miles from St Davids. A self-contained annexe to the owners’ home, the well equipped accommodation is set on two floors and is of a high standard. On your arrival there will be half a dozen eggs from our own hens and a pot of homemade marmalade, ready for your first breakfast.

Ty Aelwyd sleeps 2 in one ground floor double bedroom leading off the glass porch. It has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and views over open countryside. Also on the ground floor a newly equipped kitchen with compact cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and iron.

The first floor lounge area is accessed through the kitchen. It has comfortable seating, television with Freeview, dining table and two chairs. The magnificent views from here are south facing over St Brides Bay with the island of Skomer opposite.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A hair dryer is provided. We are happy to accommodate one well behaved dog at a cost of £15 per week. All heating and electricity costs are included in the price. There is private parking and seating in the garden and has a bike or kayak lock-up. A selection of local information including bus timetables is provided. Smoking is not permitted inside.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday. Please add £15 if bringing a dog. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer, cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
