Tree Tops is situated in a picturesque setting in St Brides Bay, Pembrokeshire. The unique two storey 3 bedroom property is perched above a tree lined valley overlooking Broad Haven beach, with STUNNING SEA VIEWS from most rooms. The property provides an ideal location for a holiday, situated in one of the most sought after areas of Pembrokeshire.
A cosy but modern property, Tree Tops is approximately a mile from Broad Haven’s award winning sandy beach and Little Havens’ idyllic coves. The tranquil setting provides the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, being close to the beaches yet set slightly away from the crowds.
A pleasant 15 minute stroll through the country lanes will take you to the pubs, restaurants and shops of the nearby havens. Explore this beautiful part of the Pembrokeshire National Park, from the stunning 186 mile path along its breathtaking coastline where you can watch the seals and dolphins, to the inland forests and the Preseli mountain range. Other attractions such as walking, horse riding and surfing, as well as the wonderful charms of Britain’s smallest city – St Davids – and the picturesque town of Tenby are only a short drive.
Treetops sleeps up to 9 people in 3 double bedrooms. Suitable for families, groups of friends or even as a romantic retreat for two. It is an ideal place for all seasons: great in the summer with its sun decks and outdoor living areas and cosy in winter with its log fire and double glazed windows.
GROUND/ENTRANCE LEVEL:
Lounge: 25ft by 15ft with wooden beamed ceiling, a wood burning stove, huge L-shaped sofa and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and panoramic views of St Davids headland in the distance. Large TV with Freesat and DVD player, IPOD docking station. Bookshelf containing CD player, various board games etc, books and dart board.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven, microwave and large farmhouse style dining table and high chair. Sliding doors take you out onto a 30ft balcony which runs the length of the property and has uninterrupted views of the coastline and surrounding countryside.
Bedroom 1: (Sleeps 2) Large double bedroom with a free sat TV and sea views.
WC with wash basin.
The rear door opens onto a decked walkway to the garage and rear patio area.
LOWER FLOOR:
Bathroom: a newly refurbished modern tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink, separate shower and bath.
Bedroom 2: (Sleeps 4) Large bedroom with king size bed and bunk beds. Patio doors lead onto lower balcony.
Bedroom 3: (Sleeps 3) Large bedroom with king size bed and single bed. Patio doors leading onto lower balcony.
Decked lower balcony: A 40 ft deck provides an excellent private area to sit and relax and watch the sun go down or play pool on the 7ft table. It has a waterproof ceiling and lighting so one can sit out in any weather or any time of day. The rear patio area has steps leading down to a lawned garden which gives way to a wild woodland area – leading to a stream that flows through the fields down to the sea. Young children should be supervised in this area.
No smoking and no pets permitted. There is a travel cot and baby bottle sterilizer. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Ample parking available for up to four or five cars.
