Carningli Bike Hire offers bike hire, based at their shop, Carningli Centre in Newport.
They hire mountain and hybrid bikes for adults and children. Helmets etc are included in the hire price, as well as local delivery. Longer-range delivery to holiday accommodation, railway stations etc is available for a reasonable mileage charge.
Graham Coles is a Cyclists Touring Club qualified trail leader who is happy to organise group rides on or off road.
