The Roses in Tenby is a delightful spacious 2 bedroom detached bungalow in a fantastic location within walking distance of Tenby’s 3 golden beaches. Situated on a quiet residential road, The Roses has distant sea views and is close to the harbour, town and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
This bungalow is ideally situated for family holidays with attractions such as Heatherton Country Sports, Manor House Leisure Park and Dinosaur Park only a few minutes’ drive away, plus a wide variety of outdoor activities for all the family close by. Caldey Island is 20 minutes by boat and well worth a visit. Seal safari boat trips and mackerel fishing boat trips run regularly from Tenby and Saundersfoot. Skomer Island, renowned for its abundance of wildlife, including Shearwaters, Razorbills and Puffins is another local attraction.
Accommodation
The Roses is newly refurbished and sleeps 5 in two bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a 5ft half tester four poster bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds. The bathroom has a new modern P shaped bath/shower, toilet, wash basin and airing cupboard.
The lounge/dining area has a new three piece leather suite, attractive electric real flame cast iron effect fire and a 50 inch TV with Free Sat and Freeview plus DVD player. The patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the furnished deck. The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a ceramic hob and electric oven. There is a door from the kitchen to the conservatory which has a table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the view. The accommodation is all on one level and steps lead down from the conservatory and the deck to the garden.
Outside
The decking in the private enclosed garden is furnished with a table and benches; there is a BBQ area in the garden too. The garage houses a washing machine and a freezer which you are welcome to use. There is driveway parking for two cars and the bungalow is in a secure and safe part of the town.
