The Potters Farmhouse, WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE SANDY BEACHES AT TENBY AND SAUNDERSFOOT, is a quality renovated single storey cottage set in its own grounds in the village of Begelly. It overlooks Folly Farm's fields which are stocked with sheep, horses and lamas. The beaches of Wiseman's Bridge and Saundersfoot are a 5 minute drive away and provide access points for the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. This cottage is centrally located for walkers, beachgoers, or sightseers offering access to all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Nearby family attractions include Oakwood Theme Park, Herons Brook, Heatherton, Anna Ryder Richardson's Manor Park Zoo and Bluestone Water Park whose facilities are open to day visitors.

Begelly village has a convenience store/petrol station, restaurant, pub and park while in nearby Kilgetty, about half a mile away, there is a large Co-op, Post Office, chemist, Chinese take-away and an award winning fish and chip shop!

The Potters Farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 large bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a king size bed, Freeview TV/DVD and ensuite with shower, WC and wash basin . Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a walk in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. Opposite Bedroom 2 is a children’s snug, a little room where they can read or play games. There is a selection of books, puzzles and games which you are welcome to use. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is a large well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen with a range cooker, large American style fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a large dining room that seats 6 people comfortably. The lounge has solid oak flooring with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling as well as a wood burner set in a stone fireplace with an oak mantle, Freeview TV/DVD and a piano. Patio doors lead into an enclosed lawned garden.

Bed linen and towels are not included but may be provided by arrangement at a charge of £7.50 per person. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. One well behaved pet can be accommodated at an extra charge of £15 per week. No smoking is permitted in the cottage. A cot and highchair may be available on request. There is private off road parking for up to three cars. The cottage has central heating and all fuel and electricity are included in the rental.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please add £15 per week if bringing a pet. Bed linen and towels can be provided for £7.50 per person per week. A £120 damages deposit is required for The Potters Farmhouse, refundable subject to the property being left in good order. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
