The Coach House is a delightful romantic cottage for two, full of character with original beams and feature stone walls. Enjoy a stay in quiet and secluded luxury in this beautiful old building at Cryngae Mawr, an old farm and mill, nestling amongst green pastures at the end of a private lane.

This is the perfect location for a refreshing break, combining the peace and tranquillity of the countryside with the close proximity to the nearby beaches and coastlines. You can walk to your heart's content along coastal paths, breathing in the fresh sea air, or just watch for the dolphins and seals. The little seaside villages offer plenty of places for lunch and coffee breaks along the way and we’re happy to drop you off so you don’t have to retrace your steps.

There are walks from the door, too: you can stroll through our fields and the country lanes are very quiet, allowing for a choice of easy circular walks, perfect for light summer evenings.

Accommodation
The Coach House sleeps 2 in a bright and sunny upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite double shower and bathroom, pine floors and antique furniture under a vaulted ceiling. A cot is available on request.

The ground floor is open plan, combining lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher. You will also find a pine dining table and chairs for romantic dinners and a plush cream sofa set before a large picture window, overlooking the Coach House’s own flower beds and garden. If you’re tired after a day in the fresh sea air, you can relax in comfort watching TV or a DVD.

Outside
A stable door leads from the bedroom down a stone stairway to a grass seating and patio area behind the cottage, with views overlooking the woods and far reaching meadows. Our lake is brimming with rainbow trout, a delight for keen fisherman. A pond nestles in a copse, with a picnic area next to it for sunny days where you can eat outside surrounded by nature, listening to the sound of water trickling into the pond from its waterfall.
