Tandisgwylfa (under the watch tower) is an old detached Welsh cottage which has been restored and upgraded to provide 3/4 bedrooms (1 downstairs) and 2 bathrooms with a secluded garden at the front and parking for 4-5 cars at the rear. It is close to the coast and some of the loveliest beaches of Ceredigion. Llangrannog is the nearest at 3 miles with a range of pubs, shops and activities. The cottage has wooden floors throughout and has retained some of the original features including stone walls and exposed beams.

The accommodation
Tandisgwylfa sleeps 5 to 7 depending on the room setup required. Five people can be accommodated on the first floor. Here there is a double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and lovely views to the sea. The single bedroom also has sea views and the large twin bedded room has views over the front garden and down the coast. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.

On the ground floor there is a room which can be set up as a dining room or an extra double bedroom as it also has access to a luxurious bathroom. This new bathroom has a power shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet and a bath with an additional shower and whirlpool feature is also on the ground floor creating easy access for less able guests. The dining room / bedroom has sliding patio doors to the car park area and views of the sea.

The living room is a light and airy room along the front of the house with a feature open fire, comfortable sofa and chairs and dimmer lights sunk into the wooden ceiling. There is a TV with digital channels, DVD player, radio with ipod/mp3 docking station and a selection of books and games. The dining table seating 6-8 can be set up in this large room if required.

The kitchen is a nice, bright room, fully equipped with all the usual appliances, gas cooker with wok and rotisserie features, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and the central heating/water boiler. There is an under stairs cupboard with iron and ironing board.

Outside
Leading from the living room through the front door is the patio area and the lawned front garden, with dog proof fence. There are garden chairs, a table and a barbeque available. To the rear there is parking for 4-5 cars and a lockable shed which can be used to store bikes, etc.
