Swn yr Afon is a Visit Wales 4 star graded, Georgian style cottage in Aberaeron, just a few easy yards from the town centre and less than 500 yards from the pebble beach. The cottage provides an ideal base for holidays covering a wide range of interests and being near the main coastal road it has easy access to the rest of Cardigan Bay. The picturesque town of Aberaeron has several pubs, restaurants, cafes and takeaways providing plenty of choice for daytime and evening dining and plenty of other facilities such as shops, banks, leisure centre, swimming pool, library and craft centre. Events held in the town include the seafood festival, Welsh Pony and Cob Festival, rugby tournament, annual carnival and other art and musical events as well as boating and yachting events based round the sheltered harbour, just 250 yards walk from Swn yr Afon. The bus stop is nearby with routes to Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Tregaron, Cardigan and beyond.

Accommodation
Swn yr Afon sleeps 4 in 2 first floor bedrooms: one double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chests and lamps and a twin bedroom with two single beds, mirrored wardrobe, bedside chest and lamp. On the same floor is the bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin with illuminated mirror and shaver point, toilet, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

On the ground floor, Swn yr Afon has a fitted kitchen, with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a dining table with seating for four. The living room is equipped with sofa and two armchairs, nest of tables, stereo, satellite TV, radio / CD player and fireplace log burner style fan heater.

Outside
There is a small garden to the rear with patio area and clothes line. This area is not enclosed. There is parking on the street with an adjacent non exclusive space.

Also available at no extra charge is a ground floor annex off the garden, with toilet, washing machine, tumble drier, sink, and freezer, ideal for storage or drying of equipment for outdoor pursuits such as walking, fishing, and cycling. First £5 worth of electricity for equipment included.
