Stallion Valley (the English translation of Cwm March) is a tranquil rural hideaway centrally located in West Wales, an ideal base for exploring The Teifi Valley, Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire. It is less than 30 minutes away from New Quay, Aberaeron and award winning Cardigan Bay beaches - and the local pub/restaurant is only a 5 minute walk away.

Stallion Valley Byre holiday cottage, sleeps 4. It is a single storey barn conversion completed in 2009. It has no steps so is ideal for the less able.

It has a luxury walk in shower and 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin). The spacious lounge, diner and kitchen has French doors to the garden and a vaulted ceiling. The lounge area has comfortable chairs, satellite TV/radio, DVD/CD player, and a wood burner. The fully equipped kitchen has a two oven electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Traditional features - a vaulted ceiling, a wood burning stove and stone floors - have been enhanced with the modern luxury conveniences of under floor central heating, double glazing, broadband internet and a luxury shower room with gallons of hot water! Environment friendly solar panels help heat the water.

The Byre has a private enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and washing line. It has shared use of a BBQ, extra freezer space, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is surrounded by fields and set in private grounds, 3.5 acres of mature woodland and ponds. Enjoy the local wildlife, red kites, woodpeckers, buzzards, nuthatches, bats and squirrels. Have a BBQ, camp fire or canoe on our ponds. There are lots of local walks and pet dogs are welcome. We are dog friendly and have an outdoor "dog house" and a dog sitting service for guests who need to leave their dogs unattended.

For the active, Cardigan Bay offers walking, cycling, surfing, golf, quad bikes, shooting, paintball, white water and canoeing. The area is renowned for its fishing: the Teifi for its fly fishing, local lakes for trout and coarse fishing and of course there is excellent sea fishing.

Prices include VAT, central heating, electricity, hot water, bed linen, and towels. Dogs are charged at £25.00 per pet per week/break. There are a range of local shops or alternatively Tesco Direct will deliver.
