St. Margaret's Apartment has SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS and overlooks Wales' oldest golf course and the monastic island of Caldey. The nearest sandy beach is just a short walk across the golf course. Penally is one and a half miles from the popular resort of Tenby. There is good local transport nearby plus two pubs and a restaurant which provide excellent meals including breakfasts. Penally is an ideal base for boating, golf, riding and walking along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The Penally Post Office a short distance away has a good range of newspapers, groceries and other facilities.
St. Margaret's sleeps up to five in two bedrooms. One double bedroom with a four poster bed and a twin bedroom with a good size 'put you up' if required for a fifth person. A cot is available on request. The comfortable lounge has a colour TV with Freeview, video and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, micro wave and fridge / freezer. A washing machine is located in a utility room adjacent to the garden. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside there is private parking and a patio and garden with furniture at the rear. All electricity / heating / hot water / bed linen and towels are included. St. Margaret's cannot accommodate pets and we ask tenants to kindly refrain from smoking in the property.
