Spring House is a large house sleeping 18 on the Cardigan Bay coast. Ideal for holidays with extended family or groups of friends, reunions and celebrations, it offers flexible spacious accommodation.
Located in Ffosyffin, a small hamlet with a pub, it is just 1.5 miles south of the pretty Georgian seaside town of Aberaeron and 6 miles from the sandy beaches of New Quay and Cei Bach.
Cardigan Bay is an ideal centre for family holidays with plenty of coastal walks and attractions locally including boat trips, dolphin watching, fishing, the butterfly farm, the honey farm, quad biking, go carts, paint balling, canoeing and much more. There is an 18 hole championship golf course at Llanrhystud, less than 8 miles away.
With easy access to the popular seaside towns and villages of Cardigan Bay, there really is something for all the family to enjoy whether you choose to have a relaxing day in the house and garden or go for a fun day out. We welcome short break enquiries and may be able to offer a reduction for smaller groups outside high season.
Accommodation
Spring House sleeps 18 in 8 bedrooms, 5 with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms: one with a double bed and three with twin beds. Ideal for adults wishing to relax away from the children, this suite of rooms has its own separate lounge with TV and sofas, leading out to its own patio with table and chairs.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: two double rooms, one with en-suite bathroom including a bath and separate shower, and two twin bedrooms with single beds. One of these twin rooms also has a set of bunk beds. Two cots are available if required.
On the ground floor of Spring House is a spacious L shaped lounge with three comfortable sofas, armchairs and TV with DVD and Sky. Sliding doors lead out to the garden.
The large kitchen /dining room is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV, stereo and two dining tables. The utility room contains an ironing board and iron, washing machine and space to hang wet suits or swimwear to dry.
Outside
Spring House is set in totally enclosed grounds with plenty of space for children to play. The main lounge has sliding doors leading onto a wide patio area with large table and chairs and barbeque. There is ample parking for six cars.
