Skokholm View is a luxurious penthouse apartment with stunning seaviews in Upper Solva, Pembrokeshire. Overlooking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, it enjoys an uninterrupted breathtaking view across St Bride's Bay. A perfect base for coastal path walking at any time of year.

Although in a tranquil and secluded setting, it is only a two minute drive from Solva village. Even better, you can join the 186 mile coastal path directly from your door and walk into Solva, perhaps pausing at one of the friendly pubs or superb restaurants the village has to offer.

The apartment is part of Llanunwas, a Georgian mansion in a 16th century country estate. It is reached via a long tree-lined drive above the cliffs of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The mansion has been carefully restored and divided into five stylish apartments offering state-of-the-art facilities in an ideal holiday location.

Accommodation
Skokholm View sleeps 2 in one double bedroom with an additional bed for one other person available if required.

You can come home after a long coastal walk and relax on one of the comfortable sofas in the lounge whilst taking in the stunning views. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview channels, hi-fi, as well as a range of books and games.

The kitchen diner is fully fitted with top quality modern built-in appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats three.

The gleaming contemporary bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and basin.

Outside
There is a patio and you can wander in the four acres of wooded grounds or enjoy a picnic on the formal lawns overlooking the sea. You will find an outside storage shed for bikes and off road parking for one car.
