A sculptor’s house with spectacular sea views, Siriole is located in the charming village of Goodwick, North Pembrokeshire.

The holiday apartment is an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire and beyond; located within walking distance of the Pembrokeshire coast path, the ferry to Rosslare, Ireland, the train to Swansea, Cardiff and London and the local bus service.

Siriole is a minute’s walk to Goodwick Main Street with its pubs, prize-winning fish and chip shop, excellent butchers, Post Office, laundrette hairdressers and chapel.

Also close by is the newly refurbished Bay Hotel, its restaurants and bar are open to non-residents.

Ten minutes walk away is Goodwick sea front, locally known as the Parrog, which boasts a sandy beach, a children’s play park, green area and dive centre, as well as one of the best ice cream vans in the county. It is also home to the award-winning Ocean Lab with its soft play area, café, tourist information centre and sea life exhibits.

Just up the hill from Goodwick is its twin town, Fishguard, which has a leisure centre and swimming pool, cinema, excellent restaurants and numerous pubs and shops.

Accommodation
Siriole sleeps 4 plus one extra child in 2 bedrooms: one double and one twin with an adjoining dressing room or child’s room. All the bedrooms are on the top floor and have stunning sea views. The apartment is spread over the upper two floors of the house.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed and is carpeted throughout in luxurious wool. Vintage wooden furniture provides plenty of storage space and a cute attic window looks out to sea. Adjoining this room is a small annexe with a 2’6 day bed, bedside table and chest of drawers; ideal as a dressing room or a children’s / baby’s room.

The twin bedroom with its clean white floorboards and funky décor also has plenty of storage. Both beds face out to sea, ideal for a lie in watching the light dance on the water.

Also on this floor is the bright spacious bathroom; it has a bath with shower over it, washbasin, toilet, antique washstand and washing machine.

The light, airy kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, toaster and kettle and a wide range of utensils. The table seats five, there is also a sea-view breakfast bar which seats three.

The sitting room boasts fabulous views over the bay and original artwork, including a fireplace sculpted by the owner. Two large comfy sofas, Freeview TV, a selection of DVDs, books and games make this the ultimate chill out space.

Outside
The apartment is accessed by a flight of external stone steps leading to an enclosed patio area with table and chairs, a lovely afternoon sun trap. A sea-view terrace can be used for barbeques. There is limited access to the owners’ garden by arrangement. On the street outside Siriole there is parking for two cars.
