The stunning landscape of the local area features historic castles, native wildlife and the Towy River, renowned for its sea trout or sewin.

Sewin Cottage is one of three quality cottages at Golden Grove, a former smallholding in the heart of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottages are set in approximately one acre of land and are surrounded by lawned areas.

The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, the stunning Dinefwr Castle and Newton House and most impressive Carreg Cennen Castle are all within ten to fifteen minutes and there are endless walks from the front door. Within twenty minutes is the Red Kite Feeding Centre where you can see these magnificent birds of prey up close. It is the perfect location for nature lovers and cyclists and walkers.

Sewin Cottage is less than one hour away from the spectacular Gower Peninsula and to the west, the beautiful beaches and coastal towns of Pembrokeshire. Also within half an hour’s drive is the impressive Black Mountain within the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park.
